We met some friends from college here to get drinks and play pool. We had the best service. The funnel cake fries are SO good!
Atmosphere was nice service was good this is always a must to enjoy time with the whole family there is always games to enjoy altogether or have that 1 on 1 time with each of my kidos
Lee is an amazing manager, and very attentive. Makes you feel like he cares and concerned I love talking with him, and a very loving personality. alvin Is a super attentive Bartender I highly recommend you ask for Alvin. (Wed&thurs)He is on top of it and never leaves me waiting. He’s super amazing. Tina Another manager also came up to me to see if everything was OK. I have never been taken care of ever in a restaurant like this the customer service is beyond exceptional. I recommend you coming to this location. I love the managers and staff they are super friendly and I definitely will keep coming back
We visited late afternoon on a Wednesday when we arrived in San Antonio. We specifically made a trip downtown to come to this Dave & Buster's. We parked at the Rivercenter parking garage; I don't recall what it cost to park, but it was not excessive and it did not take long to find a spot in the garage. This location is on the upper floor of the mall area, and I'm certain that the mall entrance is the only entrance/exit which is not a problem, especially considering they are at the Rivercenter. This Dave & Buster's was well maintained and, between the dining and Midway areas, everything seemed nice and clean! We did not have a meal at this location but we did get a drink each and had a snack. Service was phenomenal! We mostly played games here; the Tech was restocking the Funko Funcade game and there was a cute prize on the play field, so we played for that prize for a bit. We played a handful of other games, and the games seemed to be maintained fairly well; we only had one minor issue with the Basketball Pro game. It's not unusual for that game to have issues with either the pump or the sensor. They had a photographer and photographer-in-training and they picked us to pose for a few sets of photos in front of the Funko game. This is only the 2nd location at which we've seen a photographer, and she was sweet and professional. We got to chat with a couple managers for a bit and they were great people. I liked this location and would visit again, but we were in town for a wedding that happened to be the same weekend as the NCAA Final Four, so we otherwise wanted to avoid downtown San Antonio. If we come to town again in the future, I look forward to visiting this location again!
I made a reservation for my Birthday and unsure what to expect from this particular Dave & Buster. I've been to another Dave & Buster, but this was the first Dave and Buster I've been on my own. The atmosphere was amazing! I tried their Nacho plate and bacon burger which was fantastic. The service was friendly, kind, and respectful. I will most likely revisit this Dave & Buster again and again. Although I was a little hesitant with their nachos, but in the end it had a wonderful taste and different from all the other nachos I'm so used to eating. I didn't try the games out, but maybe next time I'll have more time to play.
Had an amazing food experience here. I requested not knowing if they allowed the add-on of egg for my burger. They do not, and I was like fair enough. End of story. But no, it was not the manager Leon, cleared their grill to make me an egg to put on my burger. Amazing service, great food, and to top it off, my son even enjoyed the game selection.
It's been a bit since last visiting here. Much more different atmosphere in the early afternoon. Flavor of food was on point and service was great.
HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. Came and made a stop for an eat and play with kiddos at d&b . The photographer was amazing and generous . Got to snap a great photo of me and our family for the holidays . Will be returning again . Got to leave with memorable photos
